The work
A firm signs up, adds its people, and needs to be doing real work on a real project by the end of the week. You make that happen: the first sign-in, the first project, the first document read — and when something is wrong, finding out exactly what, before the engineers hear about it.
What you would do
- Onboard firms: the first sign-in, bringing the team in, the first project.
- Answer support with reproduction steps, not sympathy. The best ticket is a fixture the engineers can run.
- Help firm administrators run their own accounts — adding and removing people, connecting the firm's own AI provider, keeping an eye on the month's documents — until they would rather do it themselves.
- Teach a firm how to check the AI's work: where the quoted passage is, what a flag means, and why a flag is the product doing its job.
- Write the guides you wish existed.
What we are looking for
- Experience supporting technical software with technical users, ideally in surveying, civil engineering, GIS or CAD.
- Enough Python or shell to read a log and tell what happened.
- Clear writing, on the phone and in a ticket.
